Daily Bhagavad Gita Inspiration 📖✨| Day 13 ⛓️M-Day Bhagvad Gita Quote | Chapter 1: Arjuna Vishada Yoga |

Shloka 40

🌟 Sanskrit:
कुलक्षये प्रणश्यन्ति कुलधर्माः सनातनाः |
धर्मे नष्टे कुलं कृत्स्नमधर्मोऽभिभवत्युत ||

🌟 Transliteration:
kula-kṣaye praṇaśyanti kula-dharmāḥ sanātanāḥ |
dharme naṣṭe kulaṁ kṛtsnam adharmo ’bhibhavaty uta ||

🌟 Meaning:
"With the destruction of the family, the timeless family traditions (kula-dharma) are lost. When tradition is lost, lawlessness (adharma) overtakes the entire family."

🌟 Explanation:
Arjuna argues that war’s devastation is not just physical. When the elders and leaders of a family are killed, the sacred, age-old traditions and values that hold the family together are destroyed. This creates a vacuum where chaos and immorality can thrive. 🏛️📉

Shloka 41

🌟 Sanskrit:
अधर्माभिभवात्कृष्ण प्रदुष्यन्ति कुलस्त्रियः |
स्त्रीषु दुष्टासु वार्ष्णेय जायते वर्णसङ्करः ||

🌟 Transliteration:
adharmābhibhavāt kṛṣṇa praduṣyanti kula-striyaḥ |
strīṣu duṣṭāsu vārṣṇeya jāyate varṇa-saṅkaraḥ ||

🌟 Meaning:
"When lawlessness prevails, O Krishna, the women of the family become corrupted. When women are corrupted, O descendant of Vrishni, it leads to the mixing of social orders (varna-sankara)."

🌟 Explanation:
Arjuna explains the domino effect. He believes that in a lawless society, women are not protected and their virtue is compromised. This, in his view, leads to the breakdown of the social structure through unwanted progeny and the confusion of family lineages, causing instability for future generations. 👩‍👧‍👦🌀

Shloka 42

🌟 Sanskrit:
सङ्करो नरकायैव कुलघ्नानां कुलस्य च |
पतन्ति पितरो ह्येषां लुप्तपिण्डोदकक्रियाः ||

🌟 Transliteration:
saṅkaro narakāyaiva kula-ghnānāṁ kulasya ca |
patanti pitaro hy eṣāṁ lupta-piṇḍodaka-kriyāḥ ||

🌟 Meaning:
"This confusion of social order leads the family and its destroyers to hell. Their ancestors also fall, deprived of the ritual offerings of rice balls and water (pinda-udaka)."

🌟 Explanation:
The consequences, according to Arjuna, are dire and span across generations, even affecting the afterlife. He argues that this social chaos leads the entire family to a hellish existence. Furthermore, without a proper lineage, the traditional rites for the ancestors cannot be performed, causing them to lose their spiritual peace. 🕊️🔥

Today’s Takeaway

Actions have long-term consequences. Our decisions don't just affect us in the present moment; they ripple outward, impacting our families, society, and even future generations. Arjuna’s great insight is that destroying social and family structures leads to chaos that is far more devastating than a single battle. Before acting, consider the second and third-order effects. 🌊🔗

JAI SHRI KRISHNA💖💕💝💞🙏🙏🙏💫🙌🙌
