Daily Bhagavad Gita Inspiration 📖✨| Day 12 ⚖️M-Day Bhagvad Gita Quote | Chapter 1: Arjuna Vishada Yoga |

Shloka 37

🌟 Sanskrit:
तस्मान्नार्हा वयं हन्तुं धार्तराष्ट्रान्स्वबान्धवान् |
स्वजनं हि कथं हत्वा सुखिनः स्याम माधव ||

🌟 Transliteration:
tasmān nārhā vayaṁ hantuṁ dhārtarāṣṭrān sa-bāndhavān |
sva-janaṁ hi kathaṁ hatvā sukhinaḥ syāma mādhava ||

🌟 Meaning:
"Therefore, it is not proper for us to kill the sons of Dhritarashtra and our friends. O Madhava (Krishna), how can we be happy by killing our own people?"

🌟 Explanation:
Arjuna makes his conclusion clear: it is morally wrong for them to proceed. He directly asks Krishna a question that lies at the heart of his dilemma: what is the path to happiness (sukha)? For Arjuna, happiness cannot possibly be found through the destruction of his own family. It’s a powerful statement about the source of true joy. 😊❤️

Shloka 38

🌟 Sanskrit:
यद्यप्येते न पश्यन्ति लोभोपहतचेतसः |
कुलक्षयकृतं दोषं मित्रद्रोहे च पातकम् ||

🌟 Transliteration:
yady apy ete na paśyanti lobhopahata-cetasaḥ |
kula-kṣaya-kṛtaṁ doṣaṁ mitra-drohe ca pātakam ||

🌟 Meaning:
"Though they, with their minds corrupted by greed, do not see the evil of destroying their own family or the sin of betraying friends..."

🌟 Explanation:
Arjuna acknowledges the moral blindness of his opponents. He recognizes that the Kauravas are so consumed by greed (lobha) that they are incapable of seeing the wrongdoing in their actions. They don't understand the fault (doṣa) in family destruction or the crime (pātakam) in treachery against friends. This shows Arjuna's clear-sighted analysis of the situation. 🤑🙈

Shloka 39

🌟 Sanskrit:
कथं न ज्ञेयमस्माभिः पापादस्मान्निवर्तितुम् |
कुलक्षयकृतं दोषं प्रपश्यद्भिर्जनार्दन ||

🌟 Transliteration:
kathaṁ na jñeyam asmābhiḥ pāpād asmān nivartitum |
kula-kṣaya-kṛtaṁ doṣaṁ prapaśyadbhir janārdana ||

🌟 Meaning:
"...Why then should we, who can clearly see the evil in destroying a family, not know to turn away from this sin, O Janardana (Krishna)?"

🌟 Explanation:
This is Arjuna’s most powerful logical point. He creates a clear distinction: they may be blind, but we are not. Since the Pandavas can see the sin (pāpa) involved, they have a moral responsibility to act on that knowledge and refrain from the evil deed. He argues that knowledge carries with it the duty to do what is right. 💡🛑

Today’s Takeaway

Knowledge Creates Responsibility. It's easy to point out the faults of others who act out of ignorance or greed. But true moral character is shown when you, possessing clearer insight, choose to act differently and turn away from a destructive path. Knowing better means you have a duty to do better. 🦉✨

JAI SHRI KRISHNA💕💖💞💝🙏🙏
