Sanskrit:
तस्मात्सर्वेषु कालेषु मामनुस्मर युध्य च |
मय्यर्पितमनोबुद्धिर्मामेवैष्यस्यसंशयः ॥ ८.७ ॥
Transliteration:
Tasmāt sarveṣhu kāleṣhu mām anusmara yudhya cha,
Mayy arpita-mano-buddhir mām evaiṣhyasy asaṁśhayaḥ.
Meaning:
Therefore, always remember Me and fight. With mind and intellect fixed on Me, you will undoubtedly come to Me.
Explanation:
Krishna gives Arjuna (and all of us) a clear formula: Remember Me at all times, perform your duty, and offer your mind and intellect to Me. This guarantees attainment of the Divine. No doubt about it!

Shloka 2
Sanskrit:
अभ्यासयोगयुक्तेन चेतसा नान्यगामिना |
परमं पुरुषं दिव्यं याति पार्थानुचिन्तयन् ॥ ८.८ ॥
Transliteration:
Abhyāsa-yoga-yuktena chetasā nānya-gāminā,
Paramaṁ puruṣhaṁ divyaṁ yāti pārthānuchintayan.
Meaning:
O Partha, one who meditates on Me with constant practice, with a mind that does not wander to anything else, attains the Supreme Divine Person.
Explanation:
Steady, unbroken meditation with a one-pointed mind leads straight to the Supreme Lord. The key is abhyasa (regular, persistent practice) and not allowing the mind to wander. Consistency wins!
Shloka 3
Sanskrit:
कविं पुराणमनुशासितारमणोरणीयांसमनुस्मरेद्यः |
सर्वस्य धातारमचिन्त्यरूपमादित्यवर्णं तमसः परस्तात् ॥ ८.९ ॥

Kaviṁ purāṇam anuśhāsitāram aṇor aṇīyānsam anusmared yaḥ,
Sarvasya dhātāram achintya-rūpam āditya-varṇaṁ tamasaḥ parastāt.
Meaning:
One should meditate on the Omniscient, the Ancient, the Controller, subtler than the atom, the Maintainer of everything, whose form is inconceivable, brilliant like the sun, and beyond darkness.
Explanation:
Krishna describes His divine qualities for meditation: all-knowing, eternal, the ruler of all, smaller than the smallest, supporter of the universe, beyond material darkness, and radiant like the sun. Meditate on this glorious form!
