Daily Bhagavad Gita Inspiration 📖✨| Day 84 🕊️M‑Day Bhagvad Gita Quote | Chapter 4: Jnana Karma Sannyasa Yoga |

Shloka 30

🌟 Sanskrit :
यतयश्चरणोपेताः पञ्चाग्निं चरन्ति ये |
अन्नं ब्रह्मोद्भवं विद्वांसस्ते वर्णन्ति ब्रह्मणः पथम् || 4.30 ||

🌟 Transliteration:
yatayaś caṛopetāḥ pañcāgniṁ caranti ye |
annaṁ brahmodbhavaṁ vidvāṁs te varṇanti brahmaṇaḥ patham ||

🌟 Meaning:
Others, ascetics with disciplined senses, perform the Panchāgni ritual, understanding that food comes from Brahman, and thereby follow the path to Brahman.

Explanation:

Krishna now describes the pañchāgni‑vidyā—the “five‑fire” ritual practiced by advanced ascetics (yatayaḥ).

This profound tantric practice teaches that the body itself is an inner altar where five sacred “fires” transform life energies:

  1. The first fire is the stomach, digesting food.

  2. The second is the body heat, transforming digested food into vitality.

  3. The third is the manas (mind), turning vitality into desire.

  4. The fourth is the senses, carrying desire into action.

  5. The fifth is the act of procreation, bringing new life.

By seeing every step—from food eaten to new life born—as a divine process (annaṁ brahmodbhavam), the yogi offers the entire cycle back to Brahman. This dissolves the illusion of separate agency and reveals the interconnected web of life as God’s ongoing creation.

Today’s Takeaway

See the Divine in the cycle of life.

When you eat, digest, work, rest, or create, pause to recognize: all energy flows from and returns to the Divine Source. This awareness turns ordinary biology into spiritual reverence, and the body into a temple of continuous worship.

JAI SHRI KRISHNA👐👏💫💞🙌🙇🙏
